The position
As the Senior Manager for Operational Excellence, you will:
- Lead a department with 4 teams focused on cLEAN® process improvement, digitalization, training, archiving, and onboarding, and support the continued refinement and execution of site strategy in these areas.
- Be a visionary for what we can achieve together while maintaining a strong attention to detail and clarity of expectations to deliver impactful results.
- Oversee the budget, job landscape, and staffing of the department, ensuring the right positions and competencies to meet business needs.
- Drive the growth of LEAN thinking and execution at site, including development of leaders and specialists and maturing use of tools to solve problems and improve performance.
- Support the continued transformation of our onboarding and training functions, enhancing the competence development systems for the site.
- Ensure the development, deployment, and maintenance of digital solutions that are scalable, easy to use and maintain, and help solve our most critical production challenges.
- Strengthen a culture of understanding the OE department’s context and the reality on shop floor to provide the highest quality support.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Need to have:
- A proven track record in managing departments or teams, with strong leadership skills that help you motivate and develop team members.
- Analytical skills with the ability to make strategic decisions that balance objective data and subjective context.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex and engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Danish would be advantageous).
Nice to have:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry and/or a high-volume manufacturing context.
- Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and their application in a production or support environment.
- Experience with digitalization or digital transformation, especially in manufacturing/business intelligence, data governance, or agile development.
- Experience with project and change management, deploying the right tools at the right scale for cases large and small.
