Advanced Process Supporter
Jobbeskrivelse
Department: Global Manufacturing & Supply, Tablets & Finished Products
Location: Måløv, Denmark
Your impact begins here
As Advanced Process Supporter, you will keep a tablet packaging line in Måløv running steadily and in line with GMP. Operators turn to you when a process issue, quality question or deviation needs a clear answer, and you use what you learn to improve how the line works. Your work helps tablets packed in blisters reach people around the world on time and in the highest quality.
What you’ll bring
This is a hands-on role close to production, so we are looking for someone with manufacturing experience who is ready to take ownership.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g. production, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, or mechanical) or another relevant discipline.
- Extensive experience in process support, production support, process engineering or a similar manufacturing support role.
- Experience from a GMP-regulated or other regulated manufacturing environment, with sound judgement on quality and compliance in live production situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and enjoyment in working through complex production challenges.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- A structured way of working, with consistent follow-up until issues are closed.
Useful, but not essential:
- Experience from a packaging line.
- Basic familiarity with PAS-X.
- Experience with process improvement.
What you’ll do
- You will support the packaging line day to day, so production stays stable and compliant, and look for ways to make it better.
- Provide daily process support to the packaging line, including technical guidance, knowledge sharing and training within the production area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-, operator- and quality-related issues, such as procedures not followed correctly or product questions that arise during production.
- Make sure production follows GMP requirements and approved procedures.
- Handle and support deviations, change requests and other quality activities, using structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Identify and lead smaller improvement initiatives that strengthen process performance, quality and productivity.
- Participate in a planned 24-hour on-call rotation, typically 1–2 days per week, including out-of-hours support.
Who you’ll work with
You will join the Process Support team in Tablets & Finished Products at the Måløv site, part of Global Manufacturing & Supply. The team of 11 supports the packaging line and includes seven process supporters, plus reviewers and an editor. Collaboration, development and continuous improvement are central to how it works.
Your closest partners are operators, technicians, QA, maintenance and production management. You will gather information from the floor, build strong working relationships and coordinate people so issues are solved quickly. When something stalls, you speak up and help move it forward.
What you can expect here
This role puts you at the centre of a production line that people depend on, and gives you the room to shape how it runs. You will learn from colleagues who know the line well and get training and onboarding with backup until you feel confident. We value people who raise the bar, so clear expectations, honest feedback and the chance to lead smaller improvements are part of the everyday work. Your results are noticed and recognised, and you keep building new skills through hands-on experience and relevant learning offerings.
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 - 838,100 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
