Your impact begins here

As Training Partner, you will build the training setup for the future 25L organisation while it is still taking shape. You will identify training needs, partner with leaders and turn business challenges into practical learning that gets people ready for their roles. Your work will support onboarding and capability building as 25L moves towards the PV phase in early 2028 and running production.

What you’ll bring

You bring a strong learning mindset and the ability to translate business needs into practical, impactful training.

  • A relevant degree within learning science, psychology, human resources or similar – or experience from a production environment combined with a passion for learning.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing training and learning activities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively drive improvements.
  • A solid quality mindset and fluent English.

Useful, but not essential:

Experience developing training in a structured or regulated environment.

What you’ll do

You will act as an advisor and operational partner to the business, making sure training is effective, compliant and supports performance and continuous improvement.

  • Identify training needs and build the future training structure for 25L, including finalising training need analyses (TNAs) with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted partner to leaders, showing how training can address business challenges and support onboarding and capability building.
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate training content with stakeholders across day-to-day operations and projects.
  • Deliver training on training standards, including train-the-trainer, and help develop high-quality Training Outlines (TROLs) and Job Instructions (JIs).
  • Support continuous improvement and systematic problem solving together with colleagues across the organisation.

Who you’ll work with

You will join the 25L Training team in Hillerød, Denmark, where training excellence and continuous improvement are at the core. It is a small team, so you will collaborate closely and support one another in your day-to-day work.

Your closest partners will be leaders, content responsibles and your training colleagues. Together, you will make sure onboarding is effective, capability grows and the training setup can support the business as 25L moves from project phase to running production. Right now, the main focus is finalising TNAs with key stakeholders and building the training setup for the future organisation.

What you can expect here

You will work close to the business, where your expertise is valued and your ownership makes a visible difference. You will be trusted to take initiative and drive improvements, and supported by a team that helps each other perform. As part of a global healthcare company, you will have opportunities to learn and develop as 25L grows.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 499,600 to DKK 734,400, corresponding to the level of the position. Placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on your skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience.
