We are seeking a communication partner to support the site
in its integration within Novo Nordisk. Your focus will
primarily be on the site's activities. You will be responsible
for disseminating information within the company and
translating strategic communications to the organization. You
will lead the organization of company initiatives, reinforce
company values, and contribute to a positive work culture.
Your responsibilities will be:

Internal Communication Strategy Development :
Partner with the Site Leadership Team to create and
implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy
that aligns with our purpose, culture, and strategy. This
includes managing a continuous content calendar and
establishing effective communication processes.

Support and Partnering with the Leadership teams :
Provide communication tools and resources for the
leadership team and people leaders, including
communication packages and Q&A documents, to
effectively disseminate information and engage employees.

Creative Campaigns and Engagement : Develop and
execute creative communications campaigns to keep teams
informed, engaged, and inspired, reflecting Novo Nordisk
values. This can involve newsletters, organizing internal
events & campaigns.

Communication Project Management: Manage
communication projects independently, coordinating with
stakeholders and ensuring timely execution while measuring
the impact of communication initiatives and adjusting
strategies accordingly.

Collaboration and Skill Development : Collaborate
with the external communications partner and HR department
on public affairs and culture change initiatives, while
also enhancing communication skills among leaders through
training workshops and feedback sessions.
Your profile:

Educational and Professional Background : Holds a
Master’s degree in communication, Public Affairs, or
equivalent experience, with 5 years of expertise in
internal communications and change management. You speak
fluent French and English (Dutch is also a strong asset).

Strategic Thinking and Business Alignment : Capable
of connecting communication efforts with business
objectives and you think strategically to enhance
organizational goals.

Project Management and Collaboration : Enjoys
managing cross-functional projects and thrives as a
collaborative team player.

Communication Skills and Creativity : Strong in
crafting impactful communication strategies, creating
targeted messages, and possessing excellent writing skills
with creativity for content development.

strong interpersonal skills to inspire confidence in both
internal and external stakeholders, adaptability across
various situations, and proficiency in communication tools
and basic graphic creation software.
About the site:
The production site in Brussels specializes in the
production of aseptic pharmaceuticals products. We are a proud
life-science company, and life is our reason to exist. Working
with Novo Nordisk is not just a job; it's a way to make a
difference for people living with chronic diseases every day.
End of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the manufacturing site
Catalent Belgium SA. The site is now part of Novo Nordisk and
has begun the transition to become a fully integrated Novo
Nordisk manufacturing site. To advance the integration, the
Brownfield Site Integration team for Brussels (BSI Brussels)
has been established with the responsibility for local
integration and capacity maximization in collaboration with
the local team.
