The position
You will assume a key role in continuing to lead, develop
and shape your team and how we work with quality assurance. It
will be your responsibility to ensure skills and competences of
the team are aligned with the demands and requirements set by Novo
Nordisk Quality as well as present and future development projects
and stakeholders.
The team is consisting of
approximately 10 QA colleagues, that together with you will work
to build and maintain a close collaboration with the stakeholders
in production. Simplicity is built in all our processes and is a
continuous focus in the department. To succeed in the role as
Manager you will need to set direction, motivate and cultivate
high performance and engagement through empowerment of the team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director, and you
will be part of a dynamic management group, recognized for
achieving ambitious goals through collaboration across business lines.

About the department
PS API QA is responsible for assuring safe and innovative
active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for our patients. The
department API QA M2 have highly dedicated and qualified employees
led by an engaged leadership team. We perform a wide range of
quality assurance activities, ranging from handling deviations,
change requests and validation to quality support to optimization
projects. You will be heading up a team where behavioural targets
are leading the culture, and where setting direction for quality
is driven through quality oversight and our ability to support and
simplify our way of working.
