The Position

In this role, you will define and drive the IT, data and digital agenda across our External Supply organization. You will:

• Build and implement a digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring organisation-wide buy-in and adaptability to technological advancements.
• Act as a key facilitator between business goals and digital ambitions, serving on the Steering Committee in our functional transformation tracks to ensure alignment.
• Analyze and triage ideas and requests from the business, enable data-driven prioritization and ensure execution.
• Challenge status quo and identify opportunities for digital innovation to enhance business processes and services, leading initiatives that foster a culture of digital transformation.

As the Digital Strategy Lead, you will operate with a high degree of independence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and drive change within the organisation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience working within IT, Data, or Digital, with a proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder engagement combined with excellent analytical thinking and project management skills.

Experience from management consulting and/or a highly regulated industry is an advantage. Your strategic vision, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex projects will be integral to your success in this role.

You will be part of the ES IT, Data & Digital team, responsible for driving seamless digital integrations and scalable solutions that empower the organization to deliver value, leveraging technology and data. The team collaborates closely with our stakeholders across the value chain to ensure digital strategies align with organisational goals and foster enterprise-wide innovation.
