the world’s largest insulin API facility.
The position
As a trusted advisor to the local management team, you
will focus on supporting one of our major production areas - M1
(API Manufacturing 1). You will help shape the organization to
meet future needs, guide HR-related initiatives, and play a
pivotal role in empowering senior management teams to achieve success.

Your primary stakeholders will be your local management teams in M1, as well as the other HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in API P&O. Your main location will be at the Kalundborg site (KA) in Denmark.

About the department
Our People & Organisation Business Partnering
department consist of 11 HRBP, a Project Lead, a project
coordinator, a Training Academy team and several students,
supporting all HR processes in API. Together, we are responsible
for developing our organisation and employees to meet current
and future needs.
You will be assigned to M1 (API Manufacturing 1) and the facility includes all process steps from fermentation to purification incl. support functions (e.g. technical support, process support, QC and QA)
This is why you must be able to see yourself as part of production, having most of your working days in the production facility.
