The position
As an HVAC Supporter Engineer at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Provide specialized HVAC/ventilation support within the GMP manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Daily troubleshooting for HVAC/FMS/CTS challenges in production together with the production team.
• Stakeholder management as a link between many different stakeholders – broad contact network with many different people.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement HVAC system upgrades, modifications, and validations.
• Assist in the optimization of HVAC test regarding system qualification and handling of the result.
• Troubleshoot and optimize the Facility monitoring system, manage deviation handling, change requests, and Systematic Problem Solving, as well as identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

As the facilities operate 24/7 year-round, an on-call duty is established and is part of the job.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Technical education such as an engineer, Marine engineer or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with HVAC/ventilation systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g. FDA, cGMP).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or engineering field, validation planning experience or CTS systems knowledge could be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Danish is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

You will join Team HVAC, a dedicated and dynamic team responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of HVAC systems within our aseptic manufacturing environment. Our team is based in Denmark and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and reliability. We work closely with engineering and production teams to implement system upgrades and modifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
