Specialist Aseptic Filling

The Position 
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Support daily operations, including troubleshooting, and operational tasks, including the preparation of DV and CR cases.
• Ensure that quality tasks are prepared in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Develop and review instructions and validations, ensuring compliance with GMP.
• Process optimization and perform validations and initial validation on filling isolators, as well as process responsible for site GE isolators for filling products.
• Participate in and contribute to audits, as needed, as well as in interdisciplinary projects across the organization.
• Act as a resource and provide support for filling departments across AM.
• Support in connection with PAS-X and PAS-X responsible and collaborate with NPI in the transfer of new products.

Qualifications
Ideally, you have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience from the pharma industry.
• Experience with teaching and presentation techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a busy and changing environment.
• Analytical mindset, structured approach and have strong collaboration skills.
• Professional competence to work in English; Danish is advantageous.

About the department
AM Gentofte is part of the global CMC & Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing network. At Site Gentofte, we are more than 800 colleagues responsible for the aseptic manufacturing where we are transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in new technology.
