The Position 
As a cLEAN® Partner, you will not only act as a coach and strategic partner to our department leadership team, but you will also be responsible for driving improvements on our LEAN systems and continuous improvement efforts. You will be instrumental in leading change management initiatives, guiding stakeholder engagement, and leading in solv-ing complex departmental challenges. 

Your responsibilities will encompass: 
•  Identifying, developing, and implementing new LEAN initiatives. 
•  Providing coaching and training to our leaders and employees. 
•  Driving our strategy process across the factory with our leadership group. 
•  Training employees in LEAN behavior and tools 
 
You will play a pivotal role as a project manager and facilitator, nurturing creative processes and driving optimization and change projects both locally and across the organization. 
 

Qualifications 
The ideal candidate has: 
•  An academic  degree in production engineering or similar  Newly graduates are welcome to apply. 
•  Preferably experience in change management and coaching across various organizational levels. 
•  Proven experience in working with LEAN, if newly graduate this could be projects carried out during your time as a student.  
•   Proficient communication skills in English (both oral and written); Danish is an advantage
•   Confident in speaking in front of others 
 
We are seeking someone who can seamlessly blend their analytical competencies with strong people skills. Your ability to engage in cross-organizational collaboration, conduct incisive analyses, and translate complex concepts into acces-sible language will be key. It is essential that you are comfortable working with data and possess the resilience to inspire and challenge others in a supportive and respectful manner. 
 

About the Department 
In Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) our main goal is to support our four factories with the best possible business support, within our areas of responsibility. We are working closely together with our colleagues across the factories. 
 
You will be part of the Business Support department in one of our production facilities in Kalundborg, Denmark. The department consists of 4 teams and operates to deliver high quality support to our other departments within the fac-tory M1.
