The Position
As a Procurement Supporter, you would be offered an interesting position in Fill & Finish Expansions, being assigned to our local procurement team for the expansion project in Odense. In collaboration with Category Managers and Technical teams, you will be responsible for managing smaller tenders, contracts, suppliers, purchasing, invoices, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.

Your main responsibilities will be:
•    Ensure compliance to the Novo Nordisk procurement guidelines and procedures.
•  Manage end-to-end purchasing processes (placing orders and managing invoice flow — review and approve invoices) and follow upon orders to ensure material/service availability according to demand.
•    Execute and contribute to the project procurement plan (e.g. analyze, identify and quantify potential supply constraints, make clear prioritization and coordinate actions needed to avoid/reduce the impact).
•    Manage the end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities and related actions.
•    Participate in the continuous improvement of our department’s activities, tools, systems and processes. 

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate, you have a good understanding of purchasing processes and related tools. In addition to that, you also:
•   Possess education with +5 years of relevant experience working with, e.g., procurement project management, tenders, contracts, suppliers, purchasing, invoices, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
•    Are proficient in stakeholder management, detail-oriented and meticulous in tasks.
•  Have excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
•    Are a skilled Microsoft Office user. Knowledge in Coupa / SAP is a plus.
•    Preferably have an understanding of CAPEX projects.
On a personal level, the ideal candidate possesses robust administrative skills and excels in planning and coordinating tasks. You exhibit a proactive approach and maintain a solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges.

Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects to serve the needs of millions of patients.
