If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a dedicated Training Coordinator in our Training team in a groundbreaking capacity expansion project for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production facility in Hillerød.

 

The position

As a Training Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to creating, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality documentation within all areas of the future production. You, together with your colleagues, will provide support to multiple stakeholders, helping them standardize, simplify, and optimize their current documentation and training set up. You will also be supporting on cases where aligning documentation to the highest level in production is needed. Additionally, you will assist in the development of new documentation.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Ensure high-quality content in QualityDocs as Editor and create training materials as a Tech Writer
  • Support with updating documents and metadata, and in general on the use of Quality Docs for updating content
  • Review and edit documents and training content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Work as a job function coordinator – securing training is created and assigned timely
  • Support the daily operations with ad-hoc tasks related to training
  • Work closely together with the Training Partners in the team in ensuring the best support and guidance to the production departments on their content and training

In the role of Training Coordinator, you will work both independently and with many stakeholders, and it is expected that you will be proactive and can identify gaps and initiate proper activities to improve the training setup in the area.

 

About the department

Join our team at 25L PS API Expansion, one of Novo Nordisk's major expansion projects within Product Supply API. We're establishing a cutting-edge API production facility in Hillerød, set to employ around 340 colleagues. This highly automated facility will feature state of-the-art technology, allowing for flexibility to accommodate new processes and products. Our work involves complex chemical and biotechnological processes, demanding a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees. This expansion will enhance our portfolio of clinical late phase products and bolster our capacity to support individuals affected by rare and serious chronic conditions.

For this role you will join the training team – which currently consist of 5 dedicated colleagues.

 

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Experience working with documentation in a GMP-regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, food, or aviation industry)
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Experience with, or interest in training
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish

As a person you have a structured approach to tasks and have a talent for building relationships with a range of different stakeholders. Stakeholder management and un-derstanding of business needs are key to succeeding in this position. You like to work in a structured way, but you can also adapt to the work you are dealing with in a flexible way. Furthermore, you have great problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
