The position
As Assembly Specialist, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring the success of our medical devices production. It is a
highly visible position working closely with the senior management
group, and with stakeholders of all levels. Initially, you will be
based between site Høje Taastrup and Odense with the plan to be
based at Odense fully.

About the department
Novo Nordisk is significantly increasing its manufacturing
capacity across all areas to serve more patients in the coming
years. Our department is working to expand the capacity of our
Finished Product manufacturing. The highly automated facility will
be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to
accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our
capacity to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases
including rare diseases. Our new organization has just started
its growth journey, and this is a unique chance to be part of a
start-up environment within a large multinational organisation. In
the coming period, a wide range of jobs will be posted covering a

Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is a part of Novo Nordisk
Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of
technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. At
FPM, we not only manufacture all finished products for people
living with serious chronic diseases, we also use our competencies
to drive technology leadership and improve standards across our
core technologies to support the growing efforts into completely
new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
Our global network consists of around 4,000 colleagues across ten countries. Here, we are responsible for the manufacturing of all finished products, including devices, needles, assembly, and packaging. As more and more people need our products, we support Novo Nordisk's initiatives in new therapy areas.
