About the position
As an HVAC Engineer at Novo Nordisk, you will manage
HVAC systems for 5 pilots with classified areas in CMC API
Pilots. Your main tasks will include:

About the department
As part of the Novo
Nordisk PSQIT organisation, CMC Development & Scaling
makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases
across the world. We develop, manufacture, and distribute
drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong
culture with a “can do” mindset.
You will be part of HVAC Utility in Pilots Operation, which is part of CMC API Pilots in Bagsværd. The team consists of engineers, machine masters, technicians, and a crafts-man responsible for operation, maintenance, and optimization of ventilation, black- and clean utility for both production, laboratory, and office facilities. The team operates cool-ing systems, compressed air and vacuum systems, ventilation systems, water systems (PW), and nitrogen systems (cryotanks and distribution systems). We are also responsible for Building Management Systems (BMS) and for minor building projects in the associated pilot facilities.
The team is characterized by its deep professional
expertise and positive approach to work. They are flexible,
trust each other, and prioritize collaboration. You should
thrive on involving everyone in the process, handling
multiple tasks simultaneously with a pro-active approach to
challenges. There is a high focus on acting with a
service-oriented approach, making the team an efficient and
