The Position
As the Head of Scientific Communication Excellence, you will lead a newly established area with app. 30 employees, structured in three teams. You will be responsible for orchestrating our scientific communication across congresses and digital channels and ensure predictability in our deliverables. Your leadership will help ensure that Novo Nordisk leads in effective scientific communications globally. The position reports to the Corporate Vice President, Strategic Scientific Communication, Global Medical Affairs.

You are an experienced people leader with 5+ years experience leading global teams. You hold a degree in business or life sciences, and you are well experienced in the pharmaceutical industry. Scientific Communication Excellence is part of Strategic Scientific Communication (SSC), anchored in Global Medical Affairs. SSC is responsible for orchestrating scientific communication across the portfolio and communication channels.
